  • Palma Vecchio – The constant tenderness of color

Belotti_Pubblicazione_PalmaRoberto Belotti, Silvana Milesi

Palma il Vecchio (Serina 1480-Venice 1528) is the superb protagonist of the 33rd book of the series Artisti Bergamaschi in which Palma shines in all his dazzling beauty and in his importance for art history, studied in depth in an essay by Roberto Belotti and enriched with interesting previously unpublished documents. The book then unfolds with the beauty of Palma’s masterpieces, which “live and come alive” thanks to Silvana Milesi’s commentary.

The publication precedes the major solo exhibition (during Expo)dedicated to Palma Vecchio, an artist to love unconditionally.
